    Question Mysteriouis reboots

I recently reformatted and reinstalled WinXp Pro. Now, while using a program or the Net, system will sometimes go into a reboot. Occasionally, system will black out monitor, not permitting a reboot or shutdown. What's going on?

I've seen it before where it's been a motherboard problem. Except on my Win98 machine at home. It's a memory issue here...I run too many things and it just crashes.

Right click on "My Computer"--> Advanced Tab--> Startup and Recovery Settings--> Untick "Automatically restart". Next time it should give you a Blue Screen Error. Post the error including any numbers here. i.e. 0x000 etc...
