Arrow Does Linux support a lot of peripherals?

    Like cameras, MP3 players, etc?

Does any version of Linux have the drivers for a lot of peripherals? Can you get the drivers somewhere? Can you use Wine to make the peripheral work? Would it be dificult?

Peripheral wise, mobile phones would be a big problem. Maybe a certain printer/scanner (Canon) might not work.

Card readers work so even if there was a camera that wasn't supported you could get your pic's.

I would say the mainstream stuff works in Linux.....

    Thank you.

You have to buy card readers seperately, right?

Yes, they don't cost much and they read all types of memory cards.

More than likely the camera will work fine.
