Maybe the Registry entries are still present.

@ conan: did a registry search and remove for both comodo and webroot.
@ rik: daily.
I even downloaded and ran comodo's standalone uninstaller. And searched through the Services. And ran sysinternal's Process explorer. And config sys.
All before posting. So: If you use Comodo, what files does it add to system32?

FIXED
Comprehensive Instructions for Completely Removing Comodo Firewall Pro 3 [INFO]
https://forums.comodo.com/help_for_v...-t17220.0.html
If there is still a reference to Comodo Firewall in Windows Security Center:
At a Command Prompt, type
"NET STOP WINMGMT /Y" (without the quotes; there must be a space between WINMGMT and /Y) and press Enter. Then type "exit" end press Enter again.
Go to the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem and delete the folder "Repository".
Reboot. The Repository folder will be recreated automatically by the Security Center and will now display the correct information.
Ba-da-bing!
