No sound in web browsers
Hi, this is my first post here. I'm hoping that someone can help me.
The sound on my computer works in applications like MediaMonkey and the OS sounds work, but I have no sound at all in either Firefox or IE. I have tried various methods that I have found on the web, but nothing has solved the problem.
I have tried registry fixes, checked and rechecked various settings, etc, all to no avail.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks very, very much in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a similar issue, and have installed the latest flash / shockwave etc plugins and upgraded to latest jave etc...
Sound works fine in media player, but not on youtube? Like, I can even download the flv and get audio but not live from the Browser.
Still can't work it out.
