Question Incoming e-mail from one person goes directly to my Delete folder. [FIXED]

For some unknown reason all of a sudden I have just one e-mail address going directly to my Delete folder. It happens to be my boss. Now, I don't think Outlook can read my mind (it just so happens I loathe this person) so I'm at a loss to know why this is happening. I have not made any changes to my setup since I started with Outlook.

I would try creating a Message rule: Tools > Message Rules > Mail.

Use the first box, check it and select your bosses email/contact

Then in the next section tell it what folder to move it to.

Ya should also check in Tools > Message Rules > Block Sender List and make sure hes not added in their.

Talking E-mail address on blocked senders list

Well, whattyaknow? The address was on the blocked sender list and I swear I looked at that before. I must have put it there subconsciously! I removed it and if I still have a problem I'll follow your recommendations for creating a message rule. Thanks!
