Outlook 2000SB blocking attachments!
Hi guys,
Was able to fix this in Outlook Express, can't for the life of me figure out where to fix this problem in Outlook. I've got an important message with attachment in my mailbox from the wireless dealer I work for, cannot open it!!!!!!
I pulled it in through outlook express, however, I want control over my attachments in Outlook since that is the program I prefer to use. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to "uncheck" so that my attachments won't be blocked? I looked and unchecked and or changed several things, didn't help.

There is a registry tweak for Outlook 2002 but unfortunately not for Outlook 2000. My advice is to save the attachment to another folder on your hard drive then view it from there.

I know tweak xp has a tweak for outlook attachments give it a go

That article from MS outlines the procedure for viewing attachments. It shows 2 or 3 ways to circumvent the blockage. Hope that helps,
