Is it just me? I am detecting a significant slowdown for TZ to initially load. I would not mention this if I were having the same issue with other sites. I have checked all of my settings and find nothing wrong.

A bit more speedy but still a little off and I am on a 1 gigabit connection
Loading fine for me. I've just optimized the database so clear your TZ cache and reload fresh.
