IE9, 32 bit or 64 bit
I remember reading articles a few months ago saying that the 32 bit version of IE9 was much faster than the 64 bit version. Is that still the case, or has Microsoft fixed the problem with 64 bit, and the 64 bit is now the best choice.
I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Thanks Reverend for the reply / link. However that info. is pretty old already. What are people using here with IE9. the 32 bit or the 64 bit versions ?? With Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks again, Mike

If you are running Windows 7 64-bit does it not have both 'bit' versions of IE installed?
Could you not try both versions that should already be on your machine and get a speed comparison that way.

Reverend....yes, I do have both versions of IE9, I just was wondering if there was a prefered version, that most people found faster, or even safer. Thanks, Mike
