ntos.exe ???

Hi,
Can anyone help me please.
I think my wife's computer has got ntos.exe on it ?

Every time she logs in, it goes into "Loading your personal settings" and then goes to "saving your settings" and then back to the login?

I have tried logging on into safe mode but the same thing happens even when I try logging on through administrator?

Using XP.

Any help would be grateful.

Thanks for your reply and link.
But do you not need to get into windows via safe mode to run the Killbox program?
I'm new to all of this, so might need step by step help.
