    error message ntvdm cpu in windows XP

    I get an error message "ntvdm cpu" in windows xp for every application that i open . it has just started and is causing lot of problem in my work . Can anyone please help me.

    Sounds like it could be a corrupted .exe file, found this as well in the MS knowledge base......hope it helps
