It did come pre-installed (but we can't talk about it)
As for the other browser, no, but another good suggestion, will try.
As I mentioned, on the weekend she couldn't get pogo to work. I had her empty her cache etc., and redownload and it worked fine.
Then Sunday, all these problems?????!!!!
Tomorrow she will try the new user account, safemode restore and new browser. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for spending quality time with me
