    scrolling up and scrolling down problem

    For some reason, when i am on line ( winxp, oe.6) when i switched sites or even web pages, i am unable to scroll up and down automatically. i must *click* on the page and then i can scroll up and down.

    silly thing but ... it makes things a lot easier

    yep, this happens to me quite often. I am not 100% sure, but I think there is some code that makes this an automatic thing.. again, though, I am not sure.

    I know on my laptop, I have to do this quite often. Click the screen first, then you can scroll the page. I have gotten used to it, after 2 years of doing it.

    It should only happen if you are viewing the page in a new window and are switching between the new window page and the original page.
