Exporting Outlook 2000 Email As *.DOC

Does anyone know of a utility (besides the one within Outlook 2000) to export data within the folders AND the attachments into document format?

The "Import and Export" function is good for text only or a database.

I'm looking to export Outlook Data (entire folders) to the hard drive (currently resides on Exchange Server when archived or backup) so that they can be opened and viewed from any text browser.

Our office has about 300 users who are "barely" user friendly and previously were used to the "ICE AGE OLD BANYAN!!!!!" and refuse to remove ANY emails whatsoever, unless stored within their My Documents for easy viewing.

Any Suggestions?, I would be most grateful!
