try using the sygate rules. I personally have never had this problem, unless it is checking 239 times.. like it did today. I'd rather have my PC lockup 2-3 times per hour as to be charged by the RIAA..

You could also try Filetopia. It seems to work well.. but it takes a while to get used to.. and you don't have to worry about the RIAA!
