I noticed you have the following code posted:

But as you say you have windows 98, does it by chance have PC-cillin loaded on it?

Other than that, I cannot think of anything else to fix this. Perhaps someone else has an idea. I would say this, try reinstalling ICS and starting from scratch to see if that removes the errors. But if as you say, there is no real problem, I wouldn't worry about it, and just continue using it.
