    Printing Attachments icons in Outlook?

I think I posted this before, but haven't got the answer yet.
I upgraded a computer for my grandmother. She went from Windows 95 with Office 97 to Windows XP pro y Office XP. She is very happy, except that when she prints and email, it doesn't show anymore the attachment in an icon like style.
I played around a lot with it but I cannot find how to do that again.
    HELPPPP!!
    PLEASEEEEEE

it shows now under the subjet, it list the attachments.
What my grandmother wants is it to be seen at the bottom (or anywhere in the body) as an icon, so it is easier and faster to tell the type of attachment.

    Outlook.
As I mentioned the problem came after upgrading from Office 97 to XP (upgrading the whole PC for a new one, not the soft)

Have you tried it in Outlook Express? Just to see if indeed it works. It could be that that feature was removed or deemed unnecessary in XP. I don't use outlook personally.. so I am not sure.
