It is a Microsoft "Must Have" Egg. One of the perks they say you get when you use 6.0. Supposed to be a fix for it in September from M$ but you know how good M$ is about timely releases, lol. My understanding is it is possible to remove the feature through the Outlook Registry, but it is not a complete solution as other filters are also removed. The only known fix I know of that really works is if you create an unattended install CD and re-create the registry before the final burn. But thats a pain in the arse IMHO.

Just to check,
You have clicked tools, options, privacy tab,
and clicked, this is a shared computer so don't display my tabs, and don't store my addresses?
Well I just tried it, and it doesn't display them, but they are there still. They are in the drop down arrows that you have to click to view, but they are still viewable.
This is strange. Surely there must be a way to hide them from prying eyes.

Yea, bothersome really. About two to three weeks ago M$ did this with MSN 6, so thats why the "all-of-a-sudden" problem. It was around the news channels and ZDNet barked about it. Something that kinda got burried under some earth shattering news about a GD worm. LOL
