Why not delete your address book, back it up to a txt file on your HDD, put it in alpha order, or perhaps use EXCEL to create a Address book graph, and whenever you need to send an email, revert to your TXT or XML file.

Or better yet, add all of the spam to your addressbook, and send the worm to their accounts???
