    so that is where it stands now.
    Now for this there should be the option for import from file, capture card, webcams, and digital camcorders. Since you have the files on your hard drive choose to import from file and browse to that location.

    It would help us out greatly if you know what program your buddy is using.

    Ulead Movie Factory was what being used.

    i called my friend this morning and this was the answer.

    it seemed when one sees the images on the computer screen/monitor, the computer does not know the number of pixels it needs to show.

    but when the dvd is actually shown on the actual screen the quality is good.
