    question on index.dat in Content.IE5

I have installed the spider program from Ward . It empties the famous fiel index.dat in directory Content.IE5

After running the program then I noticed that the webpage http://crl.verisign.com/Class3CodeSigningCA2001.crl is visited.

Does anyone knows what this Class3CodeSigningCA2001.crl is doing?
    http://crl.verisign.com is what?

    Thanks for reaction

I can't access the link for verisign so I can't answer your last question. The SiliconValley.com article stated that they were going to close the verisign site.

You could also use a utility from:
    http://www.gibinsoft.net/gipoutils/
I use the old free version (1.7), Delete on next Boot, works fine with all versions of Windows.
I'm new to this group and don't see where I can post this as an attachment, so email if youl'd like a copy.

If you used Quick Reply this doesn't have the attachment feature. You need to click the "Reply" (with quote) or the "Post Reply" button, and then scroll halfway down the reply page to the Attach Files section and hit the "Manage Attachments" button.

Well.... the file fits on a floppy so it is a bit too large to post, but can email! Thanks.
