    http://us.f402.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose?YY=8744
you'll see the html toolbar in ie

lol - it keeps asking me to verify my (correct) password over and over again with IE and Firebird. I don't need an html toolbar. There are plenty of other WYSIWYG website tools available elsewhere, if that is what you want

Your original question: Your opinion: MSN or Yahoo!

    IMO, neither one of them.

The only reason I HAD msn explorer and yahoo is because, at the time, I did not know there were better options out there.

I still have a yahoo account (for junk mail - signing up for various reasons) but I cannot even open that page with any browser for some reason.

Some of the guys here use Tripod, Angelfire, Geocities and such, but I don't have much experience with them. They would be better able to answer your question in detail.

My website is just straight html. I don't even know how to use an WYSIWYG editor - but from what I hear they usually code poorly and are not W3C compliant.

Here is a page that will explain to you the merits of the Mozilla Firebird browser (for that matter, Mozilla itself) http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/why/

In the end, it's what you feel comfortable with and what works for you. Do take the time to explore other options/opinions - you will be surprised at what you may find.

ok i followed your advice and took into account both my personnal use and the opinions of others.

It turns out that on opinons website like
epions, dooyoo, ciao, mouthshut or Cnet....people would put Yahoo largely before MSn

Besides i do find Yahoo services more reliable than MSn ....i'm only attracted to the MSn Software itself....

I just dowl firebird....gotta test it for a while but my first impression is that i perfer Mozilla Suite

Has anyone mentioned YahooPops. It is an application that allows you to access the yahoo mail account from withing your mail server. It acts like another POP account. I used it several months with Mozilla mail. It worked perfectly.
