Desktop taskbar keeps resetting...help.

I'm having this problem again when using to context menu on most every image file and others

The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted

- I have tried the hotfixes but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? I do not have Spysweeper in context menu (cause of previous problem)

I have had some 30 or more crashes today because i'm working on a theme.

**edit -appears to be limited to image files. I turned off Picaview's top level thumbnail menu and it stopped crashing. Still this is sudden so something else is at fault i'm sure. I guess this will work as a temporary workaround.

Turns out to be a WB vs Picaview issue.
