I could think of no other location.. hehehe Besides 98 gets little attention. I too am using NTFS on my primary box. But the reason this poll was brought up is at work they use Windows 98, not SE. And they just upgraded from 95 3 months ago.. Well the dufus that did the upgrade did it with FAT16..

They were running out of space... getting the clean hard disk message quite a bit.. they even uninstalled many of the default fonts...

So I just popped into the accessories/system tools folder and upgraded it from FAT16 to 32. Took no time.. but I was just wondering what people were using.

Yeah Dehc, and not even 98se.. it's just plain Jane 98. They have two or three Pcs with Windows 2000 but they are not connected to the internet.. more or less they are used as network servers to share printers and files.

    The very stable NTFS here.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

NTFS all the way! Works a treat.

I cant believe you are still on 98!! We just did our final roll-out to Win2K SP4 from NT4. Makes life easy!

I actually use a combination of FAT32 and NTFS....

My main partition is FAT32 so I can throw in a Win98SE boot disk (best invention ever) and type away. All my other partitions are NTFS
