    command prompt

    does anyone know anything about this i would like to know more ive used it a couple of times but i want to know what else i can do with it

    best thing biker is go to start run type cmd and at the cmd prompt type help then scroll thru the list of items and type help then the command like type "help xcopy" then this will give you the switches that are used with that command and a brief explaination about what the command does.

    and get a good, easy to understand book to read so it will give you a better picture of what all you can do with different commands...it can be a very good tool and can also be very dangerous if used incorrectly.

    thanx for the site efc its very useful now i can go play around with some commands
