It did the same thing to me several times lynch. The last time I had to speak with a tech, so I asked the question. They claim that it is a glitch in the registration process...pain in the butt it is. funny part about all of this is, about a week ago I upgraded to the pro version from home and it didn't require activation at all.....go figure. for our friends at MS..lmao
