System32 folder pulls up on boot
Hello everyone,
A friend of mine says their system32 folder pulls up everytime they boot. I haven't had a chance to look at the computer. Does anyone know if they is a specific virus that does this?
Thanks,
Hex

I dunno about the soundblaster. I found a KBase article that actually makes sence (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=170086). I'm going to give this a shot and see how it works. Thanks for the quick responce though!

i was gonna suggest go to msconfig turn off everything and then boot...if it doesnt come up then figure out which one it is by checking all recognized startups and then check the ones you don't know till the culprit shows up.

well with the kids now I only get to see the shows when they come to San Diego. Don't think I would have a place to come home to if I went on tour like the ol' days.
