It's about time now awaiting user reviews on the performance and functionality of this version.Hope it doesnt have as many issues as the previous beta's.

After loading up RC1 I find that there are no tabs and the normal tool bar that shows at the top is not there. When I right click at the top of the IE page there are no options to change.

Ctrl-A will give you the menu bar. From there, you can customize the view. Tools\internet options will give you the tabbing options.

And if that doesn't work, there's always un- and re-install.
