Well if you just got it today and you have always had it running and it's says no blocks, yet has the Collection Log with blocks listed then you have a bug that some people have reported. They say it still works but you can delete the PG folder and try reinstalling PG and see if that helps
Sorry I don't have anything else, a PG expert will be by sometime today....I hope
[edit] mine reports stuff like that just surfing & only browser open...
