IE Opens and then Closes

Check Event Viewer to see if it's logged any problems.

Browse to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

locate "ieproxy.dll" and move it to C:\WINDOWS\system32

Go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 ieproxy.dll" (without quotes) and hit enter

IE should now load.

I just check, and there was nothing listed.
